Posted by Rita Excellent lawyer and person Sean successfully represented my 18-year-old grandson on a very serious felony charge (which if convicted my 18-year-old grandson would have faced 10 to 20 years in prison for something stupid he did when he was only 17). My grandson received probation which that court had never awarded any one with his charge before. When my grandson violated his probation Sean again stepped in and miraculously obtained for him another chance at probation after a year served in county jail. If my grandson successfully adheres to his probation requirements for 3 years he will have a felony no conviction on his record and will be off of probation. With Sean's professional representation, interest and his belief in my grandson I feel as though he (my grandson) is now on the positive path in life. I cannot say how grateful we are that we chose Sean to represent our family member. I feel as though only Sean could have worked both of these miracles. Posted by John Michael Harvey Sean Buckley came to my rescue and saved my life! My name is John. I was in prison when I met Sean. My mother, before she passed away, had hired his firm do a parole package. I had already exhausted all legal remedies by that time. There was absolutely no hope for me. I had been in prison for nine years by then for a crime I did not commit. A long and prominent list of very expensive attorneys and private investigators and polygraph examiners and experts of all kinds and from many states had all come up empty. My mother had spent her life savings, cashed in every bond she ever bought and remortgaged her home, twice, and still nothing. Well over $100,000 in fees. Several hearings and motions and legal proceedings... Zero. Nadda. Zilch. My mom passed away with cancer. Then came Sean Buckley. A young gun with calm blue eyes visited me one day in prison and told me he thought maybe he could do something. He took my case pro bono, sorted through literally MILLIONS of documents and statements and motions and, within three years, had my wrongful conviction overturned. Through Sean Buckley hard work and dedication I was found "factually innocent" by the state supreme court. I remember when Sean picked me up from prison the day of my release. Put me up in a five-star hotel, bought me steak dinner. He even took me shopping for clothes and shoes and gave me my first cell phone. He then filed a motion to have my conviction expunged.
